Positive Psychology: Essentials for Daily Life is a practical workshop series aimed to assist you to create greater happiness and flourishing in all areas of your life.

The series consists of 6 evening workshops conducted in a fun, supportive small group atmosphere over 8 weeks.

The series is open to anyone with an interest in learning how to apply key positive psychology concepts to enrich their life.

Based on Martin Seligman’s PERMA theory, the sessions cover the following topics

  • Positive Emotion
  • Engagment (including “flow”
  • Positive Relationships
  • Meaning
  • Accoplishment

Sessions will be facilitated by positive psychology experts Linda Rowley and Claire Davis.

Join us to explore this rich and inspiring field dedicated to assisting individuals to lead menaingful and fulfilling lives.

Course includes access to free online tools and resources.
